Only leatherworkers can wear this set since it is bind on pickup. It used to require Dragonscale Leatherworking specialization, but now all leatherworkers can wear this set. The amount of mats required, particularly the Primal Fire & Primal Shadows means you will have to grind quite a bit for this, or get super lucky on the AH with someone selling them cheap.
