You should be able to find this pattern on someone who was a leatherworker during TOC raiding days. The pattern might occassionally come up on the AH if you are wanting to learn it and should sell well for 4.3. There are two versions of this robe, one for Alliance and one for Horde, and they look quite different despite the shared name, and if you faction change, the robe will change. The name was recently changed from Lunar Eclipse Chestguard.
I always loved the look of this leather chest. I am Alliance now, so am thinking about finding someone to craft this one on Koragath. I love the corset lacing on the front. I think my rogue will look awesome wearing this one!!!
