I love this helm.  This is the Dungeon Set #3 for Rogues.   Easily farmable if you want to grind it.

    If you are looking for matching pieces, you can use Nightfall Wristguards, Girdle of the Deathdealer and Shadowstep Striders. Hello 4.3. Now if I can only decide on my weapons!!!
